The ZIP file won't open

If you're unable to open the ZIP file, it's possible that the download was interrupted or became corrupted while it was being downloaded.

We recommend downloading the tutorial again from its product page. Before trying again, wait a few minutes and then start a new download.

If the new download still won't open, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate the issue.

Tip: If possible, delete the original ZIP file before downloading a new copy to avoid accidentally opening the wrong file.
