My download won't start

If your tutorial doesn't begin downloading, wait a few minutes and then try again. Temporary internet or network issues can occasionally interrupt a download request.

If the download still won't start after trying again, make sure you're signed in to your Streamworks Audio account and access the tutorial from its product page.
